Sailing School
Our Sailing and Yachting School offers the highest quality cruising programs. NAVTOURS is a member in good standing with both the Quebec Sailing Association, the Canadian Yachting Association and the International Sailing Schools Association. NAVTOURS is accreditated by Revenue Quebec as a training institute.

The three following courses are available for adults and families:
1. The elementary cruising course is designed to teach the basic skills and knowledge required to helm or crew on a boat of up to 30 feet in length, safely and efficiently under sail or power in moderate wind and sea conditions. The program offers theory and on-the-water sessions to small class sizes. We have two types of basic or elementary cruising courses : Sail cruising (with certification or not) and Basic powed boat training.
2. The Intermediate cruising (bareboat) is for sailors having their Basic cruising standard certification or plenty of experience sailing in keelboats. This course is highly recommended for people who are interested in owning or chartering a sail boat.
3. The private practical boating lessons are for persons having specific objectives or looking for individualized coaching. They are provided on one of our bareboat or on your own boat.
